The family and friends of Chris are taking part in this year’s Starlight Hike this year to raise money in his memory.

Chris often supported Manorlands, taking part in events not knowing that he, himself, would one day need their services. 

And now in Chris’s memory we are doing our best to raise money for Manorlands and keep his legacy going.

Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.

Chris was so grateful to have the help and support from Manorlands, they made a real difference to him and to us. Chris was, and still is, so loved, and he is missed every minute of every day. He was courageous in his decisions, happy to help and support others in a similar position and an inspiration to us all.
